Unable to download a purchase

I purchased a download of Love Train by the OJays recently. The £5.99 has been taken from my bank account but I am unable to download the score. I have also lost a recent purchase of 'And so it goes' for flute and piano.
My iphone version does not seem to be able to communicate with my Musescore4 app on my laptop.
