Libraries impossible to download

• Sep 1, 2024 - 00:55

Sorry if this has been mentioned/addressed before, but I can't find anything about it.
I installed Muse Hub and Muse Score 4 earlier today and everything seemed to go well.
However, I've noticed that only the Strings library installed - everything else that loads is the basic version.
I've been back to the Hub to download the other free (Orchestral) libraries, but when clicking on the button, there's no option to download them. (it's the same for all downloads - not just the free ones.
Thinking that this may be because I don't have a payment card registered (even though the libraries I want are free) I tried to add a payment method and all I get is an error message.
Just wondered if this is an issue anyone else has had - and hopefully fixed or is it only me?
Is it necessary to have a card registered?
Do I need to uninstall and reinstall again?

Many thanks - any help gratefully received

John

Do the other free sounds say "Free" under them? Or is there a check mark? The check means you already have them.

Thanks for getting back. Yes, everything appears normal until I click on the little arrow, then the item is greyed out. The only one with a check mark is the string library - the one I have. Even that isn't too good - when I input a series of notes, they slide together somewhat unnaturally - like a mix of legato and portamento.
I've tried support too, but that said expect a reply in up to 48 hours. So I'm going to uninstall and try a fresh install in the meantime.
