The MuseScore update reassigned all my instruments to the basic form

So I'm working on a lot of huge arrangements and use MS for making lead sheets a lot. I installed the new update (Musescore 4.4.0 i think it's called), and when I opened one of my big projects, all the instruments were reverted bac to MS Basic. I tried everything I knew might work, but I can't get access to the muse hub soundfonts I downloaded. Muse hub even says they're downloaded and I can't delete them and download them again in the application. Does anyone know, what happened there (screenshot for reference)?
