Musescore is doing this for some reason and i have no clue why.

And what is your problem? All looks fine ...
Have you choosen "Horizontal continuous view" or have you set the page format to an extreme largen width or what else?

My problem is that when i open a project it everything is just apart from eachother. I dont think i did anything to cause it

Today the update to version 4.4.1 was released
Install the update and let us know if it helped
(For who didn't spot it, the problem is that all panels are undocked, even the central score panel that cannot normally be undocked.)
This can be fixed using View > Restore the default layout.
