Organ pedal marks for switching feet on the same note
Is there a way to add a line in the staff that connects an organ marking for one foot and another organ marking for the other foot, while the note is held down the whole time? The line in between would designate that the pedal note is to be held down, but switching feet while doing it. (For example, a left toe mark on a note, then the line connecting to the right toe mark on the same note (the right toe mark would be not directly above the left one, but a bit to the right), designating that the left toe holds the note, then switches with the right toe. The note would be held down the whole time.)

Hello! What symbols do you use for toe and heel?

I use the up arrow (the top part without the line underneath) for toe, for both right and left feet, and the circle for heel.
