Font size spazz out

I'm using version 0.9.5 and am having problems with font size. I have three verses of a song and they are all in different font sizes. I go to Style/Edit Text Style and it says that both even and odd line lyrics are 12pt Times Roman, but when I click on a word in the lyrics, the font size ranges anywhere from 10-13pt.

I know others were having similar issues last year; has it been fixed yet?
