Trombone Gliss
The Glissando feature works very well, and does what is intended.
However I would like to ask that when it is used on the Trombone, Slide Whistle, and other instruments that use a slide to play, it change to match the nature of such instruments.
It feels very off putting to hear a Trombone gliss the way another wind instrument would, despite the trombone being the instrument most well known for glissandos.
Alternatively, having the option to edit the glissando's settings and choose between a smooth pitch bend or a gliss that goes note by note would also be satisfactory.
This would be a very refreshing quality of life change, and one that I would appreciate greatly.
Thank you.

If you set the playback style of the gliss. to portamento you should get what you are looking (or rather listening) for. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/arpeggios-and-glissandi#glissando-p…

Portamento currently only works on electronic instruments, so this solution does not work.

This is true with musesounds, but some soundfonts will work with portamento. This site has a general midi soundfont that includes a trombone that works with portamento. it playes the final note again after sliding to it, (musescore issue) which is unfortunate, but it is better than nothing
