Change Intrument modifications

I do a lot of arrangments of opera music which uses intruments in various keys ( eg Horn in F, Eb,E,D,G, etc, trumpet in C, Bb, F, E and Clarinet in Bb, C, A, etc) . When I use "Change Instr" to effect an instrument change, for example from Clarinet in Bb to Clarinet in A, the program writes "To Clarinet" above the staff . It would be much more helpful if it wrote "To Clarinet in A" . Similarly I have have to click on the "Measure/Staff properties" to manually change the long instrument name from "Clarinet" to "Clarinet in A" and the short instrument name to "A Cl " . It would save me a lot of time and minimize opportunities for transposition errors if "Change instr" would change the name everywhere to the actual full instrument name.
