Can't insert uppercase Ś in text mode

OS: Windows 10 Version 2009 or later, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.4.2-242570931, Polish language, revision: 3130f97

When entering lyrics, I can't write uppercase Ś using system-wide shortcut for Polish keyboard layout:
Alt Gr Shift S.

Looks like whether a special character can be written on keyboard depends on MuseScore language. For some time I used MuseScore in English (US) and then I was unable to enter any Polish letter, even though it was running on Windows in Polish, with Polish keyboard layout selected.

I see two solutions:
1. (easier) - allow said shortcut in text edit mode when running MuseScore in Polish
2. (harder, for all languages) - check in OS if a shortcut produces a character in currently selected keyboard layout - if so, suppress MuseScore action for that shortcut.
