Change default note color

• Sep 27, 2024 - 11:36

Hello

Does somebody know how I can set a default note color while inserting them? I know I can change them afterwards by selection all the notes and change the color, but when you add a new note, you have to do it again.

Second problem, see screenshot attached, I've selected all, change the color to blue, but not all lines of the notes are blue.

Hope someone can help.

Thank you
Fossie

It would, but at least its just a single click and it also tidies up other unwanted style changes that MS3 sometimes makes: "MuseScore 3.6.2 has some glitches when working with multi-voice TAB. Also, many common operations cause hidden elements to become visible and/or change their colour from user defined to black."

It could be altered to work immediately by hooking into the on-score-state-changed.

To set a default note color, check if your application has a preferences or settings menu where you can customize default styles. For the second issue, it might be a formatting glitch; try re-selecting the notes and ensuring all layers or elements are included before changing the color. If the problem persists, consider consulting the app's help resources. I’m a part-time student and work full-time, so finding time to complete my dissertation has been tough. After researching online, I found Academized’s academized.com/pay-for-dissertation pay-for-dissertation service. They provided valuable assistance, especially with research and structuring the content. The experience was smooth, and it took a lot of weight off my shoulders. I’d highly recommend this service for anyone who needs help managing their dissertation.
