Change the location of the palettes.
I would like the palettes not to be fixed and for them to be able to change location. I could have the Palettes Menu (like Ribon). That way I would have more space on my screen. Thank you.

Move the cursor like in the first photo;
Right click, hold and move;
It will undock and move wherever you want.

Thanks but that's not what I suggested. I would like the palettes to be incorporated into the menu items and, when I click on it, it will appear with all the options. See the images.

The idea of a drop-down list of palettes is really interesting
