After website download and install of MuseScore, Err Msg prevents run.

Please send me an email to inform me if I will be notified of MuseScore suggestions.
Please also send me an email to inform me how I can locate this and future bug reports.

ERR1:
On 2024-09-29, After download (from website) and run of
"MuseScore-Studio-4.4.2.242570931-x86_64.msi",
the run after (default) installation command stopped the intended run immediately
with the following Err message:
"Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point MFPutWorkItem2 could not be located in
the dynamic link library MFPlat.DLL"
Restarting my computer did not fix this problem (which re-occurred after restart and run of MuseScore-Studio-4.4.2.242570931-x86_64.msi).
("MuseScore Studio 4" appears on the list of my computer's programs, as well as its respective uninstall programs.)

I logged into MuseScore and sent a detailed description of this and my computer setup.
I have not yet received an acknowledgement of my post nor information of what to expect in the manner of an answer.

ERR2:
On 2024-10-01, After download (from website) and run of
"MuseScore Hub.exe",
the run after (default) installation command stopped the intended run immediately
with the following Err message:
"The program can't start because api-ms-win-core-winrt-error-l1-1-1.dll
is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this
problem."
Restarting my computer did not fix this problem (which re-occurred after restart and run of
MuseScore Hub.exe).
("MuseScore 4" now joins "MuseScore Studio 4" on the list of my computer's programs, as well as their respective uninstall programs.)

Computer: Dell Inspiron 3650, MS OS 7.1 pro 64bit, 12GB ram, 1TB HD.
