Somehow, MuseScore has been given that these staves are for percussion instead of piano. Fix is to select this in the Instrument panel and click the settings icon, then "Replace instrument" and choose piano.
If you have any clues as to how it got into this state, let us know. If you have precise steps to reproduce the problem from scratch, even better.
