Double Percussion Staff
Is there any way to make a percussion staff with two lines (pictured below for wood blocks) in Musescore?

I think you want to follow the instructions at Drumset customization. Create a staff for wood block and then modify it as described in that section of the MuseScore 4 Handbook.
