Can you play it on a guitar?

I think any good guitar player (unfortunately, I am not one) can reproduce the melodies in each fragment of the video, looking at the fingers of the virtual players (when the exact position of a finger is not seen, estimate). Could you record an actual playing as mp3, or create an mxl file in Musecore? Will be very interesting if it appears to sound good ;)
Actually, I think these melodies may be not purely random, as AI definitely learned on some videos of real guitar playing and might reproduce actual chords. But it's very interesting to check!
