Imposible to get a hold of an agent, been talking with a bot for 5 days straight

Hi, any Idea how to get in contact with support besides the bot?

I got doubled charged in my account, tried using the bot ( not helpful clearly) a team member reach to me via email the first day but then never again. Sending emails has been futile. I'm going beyond mad trying to reach a human being to get support, the service is absurd.
