Plugins show empty interaction window, and manager shows multiple instances of one plugin.

• For a multitude of plugins I get an empty interaction window. Previously (before update from an earlier version 4) I got a window with options. (see attached first two pics) and the plugin worked fine.
• Also, in plugin management panel I see 4 instances of chordIdentifierPopJazz_0 (see attached pic 3)
• And, when I enable one instance of chordIdentifierPopJazz_0, another instance is also enabled and I get 2 menu items of which one greyed out. (see attached pic 4)

I did drop a copy of chordIdentifierPopJazz_0 in the plugins directory in an attempt to reinstall it - It was not in the directory before i did this, and not in any subdir. I now still see only one copy in this directory, while I have 4 instances in the plugin manager. Note: when I had zero chordIdentifierPopJazz_0.qml files in the plugin directory I still saw 2 instances of the plugin in the manager - and after enabling one the other also gets enabled but greyed out in the menu.

Currently running OS: Windows 11 Version 2009 or later, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.4.4-243461245, revision: 2232670

Test score has Fm Db Ab and Eb chords. Obviously no chord names appear: there's no okay button to click on.
