Page layout changed for no apparent reason
My layout has suddenly changed without my consciously doing anything to cause it to.
In the attached screen shot, page 3 is what I want and page 4 is what is has changed to.
Can anyone help?

Place a page break at measure 16 to force measure 17 to start on the next page. This will give you one system on page 4, just as page 3 shows one system.

Yes, I get that, and thanks. But it is that pages were all individual until all of a sudden they weren't, that is annoying and confusing. If I have inadvertently caused this to happen I don't want to accidentally do it on other projects.

Don't think about the page layout in the current state of your score!
For example, this could be caused by the fact that mf is in measure 12, but not in measure 16, and therefore takes up a little more space.
Only format at the end! There you can insert sytem and page breaks, you can slightly change the margins in Format/Page Layout or change the limits for the line spacing in Format/Style. And many other things.
