I am searching for an opportunity, to repeat the same line once in forte, and second time in piano.
How is this done in MS?

This is not possible with Musescore.
You can only resolve the repetition.

Well, you can't make MuseScore play that difference back, but you could certainly include one dynamic with, say, a parenthetical (First Time) and the other dynamic with (Second Time). It wouldn't make MuS play it that way, but it would certainly communicate your desire to the musicians, if that's what you're aiming for.
