No account found with this email
Hi,
i have registered a free account with musescore, and i have no problem loggin in and out with my email address and my password. So then i downloaded the musescore free software and when i sign in there with my same email address and password for my free musescore account, there is the error message: "No account found with this email". What can i do? i would like to work with the software.

MuseScore Studio (the notation software) requires no login to anything. Just install the application and run it locally on your computer. It is not connected (directly!) to the musescore.com webpage, where you can post/store/share completed scores, which you do have to login to.
And i keep receiving emails from musescore to that same email address, as well as before, when i registered for the first time to confirm my email address for my new & only registered account with musescore.

Read How and where to ask for support. You are on musescore.org and I suspect you need to go to musescore.com.

If this is the software you have downloaded:

...there is no need to sign in to use that software. You do not even have to be online to create and playback your score files after you have downloaded and installed MuseScore Studio on your computer.
