adding a tablature staff
How do I add a tab staff to an existing music notation score? I have tried Edit - Instruments - Acoustic guitar tab but all I get is a blank staff below the notation with no tablature showing (See screen shot). Does it have to be added as you're setting up the score to begin with? If so that's a drag.

Thanks - I see how to make the tab staff but can the software automatically put the tab notes in from the notation or do you have enter them yourself ?

Be sure your existing notation score is for guitar.
Then, to have the TAB automatically filled in you need to create a linked TAB staff.
