I have contacted Customer Service via the Chat Bot numbers of times over the past two weeks with NO ANSWER or RESPONSE! So, I thought I'd try a chat forum ... maybe a kind, fellow musician might be able to help.

I recently purchased an "e-Song Book" for about $17.00. I am supposed to be able to change the key, etc. online. This particular "book" is not downloadable, so internet based only.

The icon changed to "read" after I purchased it, so the system sees that I have bought the book. When I click on a song, it opens up several demo links and then below, the scores are visible. I can play the demo track, but when I click the score, the demo stops.

Going to the score, there is a control panel visible on the top right of the screen with a menu too (see attached pic). But, it's all greyed out. So, I cannot do anything that I was supposed to do (in my view) when I purchased this.

Maybe I am doing this all wrong! But for now, I'm out $17 with nothing to show for it and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all after numbers of attempts. (sigh)

Has anyone purchased an e Song Book and can help me? Or, better ... anyone have a relative that works in Customer Service!!! LOL
