Can't download sheet music!

I have Pro+. I had cancelled auto renewal, and then went back and re-enabled auto renewal. In my settings it says I currently maintain my Pro+ status until my next billing period. However, I cannot access any sheet music! I cannot download it. When I go to download it, it says I can "upgrade to a pro+ membership" (which, in my settings, it says I already have!) or pay $9.99 per song. Please help!
