unknown type
Can't open a musescore file. Even though the icon for musescore shows, when musescore opens, a message comes up saying unknown file.
I installed the update: v4 and noticed it did not recognise the old files from v3. So I uninstalled the new version and installed the old, but to no avail. Even restarted computer, but still not able to open an old score.
This computer used to be able to open v3 scores.

MuseScore v.4.* will open files created in v.3. MuseScore v.3 will not open files created or saved in v.4. Except that Jojo's v.3.7 Evolution can open files created in v.4.
