Adjust all individual volumes on mixer down (or up) by same percentage?

I need to do this in order to produce part-emphasized versions of a choral piece. Right now, the levels of the vocal parts are already too high to allow an individual one to be set sufficiently louder so as to rise above the rest, so I need everything turned down so that I can adjust the single part I want to emphasize UP.

The particular piece at issue has eleven instruments, all very carefully balanced as the score stands, so that adjusting them all down manually in such a way as to keep everything in balance is going to be very time-consuming.

Many thanks!

I don't know of a percentage method for this.
You could change the channel of the voice you want louder to an instrument.
If you choose to lower the volume of the other channels instead I might do this: Open the mixer. On the extreme right are three dots. Select them and go to View>Volume select it and a box will appear in the mixer showing the exact level of each channel. Take note of these levels so that when you are done you can reset (manually, sorry) to what you first had.
