I have the same question. I might be able to run the Windows version in a VM, but I'd rather not.

Hi Jeffery, I wasn't able to get an answer - I was selecting a new laptop for someone who uses MuseScore, and didn't want to risk it not being compatible, so ended up choosing a different laptop.

I think that as long as the computer meets the specs listed on the download page, there shouldn't be a problem. However there is more to it than just specs. The computer must be set up to run MuseScore. I run MuseScore on a few machines that are underpowered because I have them adjusted to do so.
@ block blast unblocked As of now, MuseScore does not natively support Windows on ARM. However, you may still be able to run it using x86/x64 emulation on Windows 11 ARM devices. Performance may vary depending on the complexity of your scores and the efficiency of the emulation.
If you’re looking for the best experience, I’d recommend a Windows PC with an x86-64 (AMD/Intel) processor or checking if there’s been any official ARM support update from MuseScore’s developers.
