adding ukelele fretboard diagrams
for the life of me, I can't figure out how to add any fretboard diagrams to my score other than the guitar ones that are in the standard "fretboard diagrams" palette. can someone help?

This sub-forum is about the documentation of MuseScore Studio, about the Handbook and modifying it. This topic would fit better (and thus be more likely to get responses) in either the Support and bug reports sub-forum (https://musescore.org/en/forum/6) or the General discussion sub-forum (https://musescore.org/en/forum/11)
That said, no need to duplicate your post. See the MuseScore 4 Handbook, specifically https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/fretboard-diagrams. Read it carefully and completely. It looks like the info you need is scattered across the Creating a custom fretboard diagram, Fretboard diagram appearance, and Fretboard diagram properties sections.
If this doesn't answer your question completely, open a new thread in one of the other sub-forums I mentioned above.
