Note Names Solfege Problem
The Note Names Solfege plugin is a good plugin to use, especially with choral voices, but there are some errors with the plugin. First, the plugin uses the fixed do system (where C is always Do). It also misprints syllables like 'ti' (seventh scale degree) and 'fi' (raised fourth scale degree). Whoever created this plugin has to update it to use the movable do system (do is whatever pitch that is specified by the melody). Also, all solfege syllables (do, di, ri, re, ra, me, mi, fa, fi, se, sol, si, le, la, li, te, ti) must be spelled correctly and acurately.

Assuming you mean this plugin: https://musescore.org/en/project/note-names-solfege
Maybe whoever made the plugin has no interest in movable do (the vast majority of people do not use it).
Since this plugin was made by volunteers, nobody has to do anything.
As plugins are basically java script, you can easily fix this yourself
