SVG export produces tiny images due to transform scale

• Jan 22, 2025 - 14:51

Hi, when I export to SVG and open in Inkscape, the image is tiny. I think this is due to the transform lines with a scale of 1.52588e-05.

This did not used to happen when I exported to SVG, but I don't know which version it changed.

I'm running musecore 4.4.4-1 on Arch Linux.

Files attached.

Thanks!

KolourPaint reports that your SVG is 3060 x 3960 but I can't see anything other than the pattern that represent a layer or background transparency. When I export from MS to SVG it creates a file the same size but it looks normal. When Ii do the same with the transparent background box ticked it shows the pattern but it also shows the score.

Maybe a background transparency issue?

OS: Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.4.2-242570931, revision: 3130f97
(I note you are using 4.4.1 so I did the same using 4.4.1 AppImage and was OK, too).
