First and Second Ending
I created a piece with a "first" and "second" ending. Actually, the first ending is used for the first two verses and and the second ending is suppose to be the destination after the third verse, and then the song continues on.
My problem is that no matter what parameters I set, it doesn't go to or through the second ending. It either does the first ending 3 times and jumps past the second ending or goes to the second ending and stops.

Your Repeat list is set to 1,2,3 for the first ending so it will repeat 3 times. It is set to 1 for the second ending and, so, that bar gets skipped.
Note that the Repeat list can be different to the text that you see. The Handbook explains the settings:
