Ties
I'm trying to tie a dotted an eight note to a sixteenth note. When I press the (T) key, it automatically turns to another dotted eighth note. Whatever I do, the results are two tied eighth notes. Help!

Thanks for all the help, but I just figured it out.
Select your eighth note, make sure you are in note entry mode, select 16th duration, press T.
As with any note, you need to select the duration before you enter it.
