notation help

In the attached image there is a musical turn in the second measure of the right hand. I think today the turn goes above the note preceeding it, is that correct? Now it shows a natural sign but no note. Does the natural go before the preceeding note or do I add to the turn symbol? If so how? I am using musescore 4.4.4
