Does anyone know how I can put a two page song (portrati) to one page (landscape) so I can put fold it in half like a booklet?

Export to pdf {from the File>Export menu) and use the more extensive page layout settings of Adobe Reader.
As I understand it, when you print direct from Musescore it uses your printer driver and therefore you can only use the layout facilities provided by that driver.
You also have the advantage of having a pdf copy.
