Help to enter rests
Any help much appreciated with how to enter rests with a double bar entered as shown in the photo attached.Im doing something wrong somewhere.

Gret stuff Steve thanks,id have never found that in a million years,its a lot easier to ask the proffessionals than spend ages trying to sift through the handbook.
