Cannot Upload scores to the site
When I click publish on Musescore 4 it says it cannot upload and sent me here I do not know what to do.

Same problem but with respect to saving my draft.
Why don't you save it locally?
Publishing to the cloud doesn't always work. I don't know the reason, but sometimes it helps to log out and log back in. You can try again later.
I would see the cloud as a backup solution, not as the only storage location!
