Download issues

Hi
Im new to this site. I have paid my Pro subscription today and have tried to download/print items, however it says I need to pay again per item. It says my account is active but i have received an email advising it has been cancelled - not sure what i have done wrong

What you have done wrong at this point is to report your problem in the wrong place. You are on musescore.org. "Pro", subscriptions, payment, etc are all things that don't happen here. You need to go to musescore.com. Read How and where to ask for support.
