My Projects Repeatedly Delete Themselves
I am canceling my subscription because this has happened far too often, and I am very close to abandoning this program. The circumstances have been different every time but my work has been deleted nonetheless. I suspect my last project crashed while I had it open and everything was lost. This has happened to my friends as well. Even saving data online and to my computer does not work sometimes. I have relied so heavily on this software that I have had failed concert projects. Please do something to fix this. I am starting once again from square one, and if this happens again, I will never use this platform again. I'm sorry if I sound unreasonable, but I really need this to work and I am on a strict time crunch.

Since nothing at this site involves "subscriptions", I'm not sure what's going on.
This site is musescore.org where users talk about and try to support one another in using the MuseScore Studio notation application. There is no "subscriptions" here, no "payments", just users trying to help one another.
The site where you might have a subscription is musescore.com, which supports the MuseScore score sharing webpage.

If you are, in fact, having problems with MuseScore Studio, please describe in detail what's happening. I can tell you that the software literally cannot delete your files. It simply does not have that possibility in its code. Based on what you said, at least one of your instances of losing a file may have been because you did not save it. If that's the case, you can't blame the software.
Many users (Millions? Hundreds of thousands?) have no problems with saving files and finding them. That you are having such problems implies that something specific and different is happening on your machine. If you can help us identify it, we may be able to diagnose and resolve the problem.
So, begin by identifying what your operating system and version are. Then, what version of MuseScore Studio you have installed (Help / About MuseScore). Then TRY to re-create the problem. See if you can identify--repeatably!--that doing these actions, in this order makes you lose your file. (Obviously, don't do this with your real work!!!)
With this kind of information, we--the users on this forum--and the development team can try to assist you. Without it, there's no possibility that anyone can help.
Good luck!
