Missing toolbar/ Concert Pitch

Hi,
Am I missing a toolbar? (Please see attached screenshot.) Wasn’t there a second toolbar that had a “concert pitch” button? Did that change in a subsequent version?

Is there a different way to show all instruments in concert pitch now?
