Unable to put bracket before a specific bar
Hi,in the attached document below, I want my score to look like the top part, but I am getting the second one. I want the bracket to go out of the line. Could you help me please, thank you!

I think what you want is to tick the 'Show repeat barline tips ("winged" repeats)'. This will change the "style" and all repeat barlines will have the wings.
If you only want to change this for a particular repeat barline, you can scroll up on that linked page above to find the "Repeat Properties" chapter. In the Repeat Style, you want to select the winged tip style.
