You should attach your template, because the PDF import is very bad. So one cannot tell what was recognized and what was not.
In any case, the 1st Volta always comes with "99" during PDF import. You can select the volta and a) change the text and b) the repeat list.
You also have to shorten all measures after the change to 3/4 - each one individually!
In my opinion, this is so much work that it is easier to copy the whole thing by hand.
