We need the score made from this PDF.
You will find small gray plus signs (+) on each of the measures listed. Those measures were scanned incorrectly and you must correct them. From inspecting those measures in your .PDF file, I predict that you'll find a problem with dotted notes, but there's no way to be sure without looking at the score file (.MSCZ). As @bobjp said, please attach it and we'll try to help.

MuseScore 4.4.4 on Windows 11 doesn't report any corruptions in that score

Unfortunately, MuseScore does not allow me to save it properly... stating the errors as above...

I believe you can save anyway, ignoring those errors.
But see also How to fix MuseScore 4 corrupted files and How to fix a score that contains corruptions
Or just use the file you attached above, that doesn't seem to have any corruptions

I copied the piano part to a separate document and o wonder: it both save the remaining instrumental part as well as the new stand-alone piano part... Strange things happen in the MuseScore world.... Anyone an idea what could have happened?

Like Jojo, I get no errors on opening or on saving. Do you get the error from this file? (It's simply the one that I opened, saved to my hard drive and closed.

In the Parts dialog, reset the Piano part
