How to divide up a single system full score into separate pages?
I was hoping, for printing-legibility's sake, that there is a way to mark a cut-off point in the middle of a first page to a full-score piece (showing in this case about 40 staves), which could then be 'stitched together' vertically after printing, so that everything is big and readable, rather than microscopic ... I know there's a way to divide up a single image off a PDF, but then I run into resolution issues of the exported file, so would rather have the program let me blow up the image there. Suggestions?

Set the page size to 8.5" x 22" (or if you're talking about A4, 210 mm x 594 mm). Be sure to put a 2" (or 50 mm) spacer at the right place to split the page for bottom and top margins on the top and bottom pages. Export to PDF and let Adobe actually doing the "page cutting" to print the two pages on separate pieces of paper.
I expect you'll still have to do some shuffling to get it right but I think it's prolly the best you can do.
