How would I create an "Exhale" sound in MS4?
I am currently in the process of trying to, by ear, transcribe the song "Avalon" by Keiki Kobayashi, from the game Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War.
Throughout this song, there's an instrument (very likely computer-generated) that sounds like somebody exhaling, but with high reverb. It sounds incredible in the original song, but I can't even BEGIN to think of what instrument in the MuseScore/MuseSound libraries would be able to imitate it.
For context and so y'all can hear it for yourselves, here's the song (start at 0:40): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IIGN_Rl4Tyc
How would I best replicate this sound in MuseScore 4? Because I'd hate to just relegate it to a cymbal of some kind.

The only sound I hear that sounds even vaguely like someone exhaling is a cymbal. *shrug*
There's a General MIDI instrument for "Breath noise" included in the MS Basic soundfont that could work for this, though the breath has a short attack and is not sustained, but maybe you could tweak it to make it sound sustained using tremolo or something.

I'll look into this option. Thank you!

Upon further experimentation, plus listening very carefully to the song, I have decided to use either the chinese cymbal or the splash cymbal. Thanks for the help, though
I can't hear any breathing. Start CPR.
