Beaming over Rests

I know beaming over rests is already possible, but when you have a full 500 measure score that needs beaming over rests the entire piece, it gets nearly impossible to do all thousand rests by hand. Please add a setting in Format/Style/Beams, to make this setting default for all rests in the piece.

Along with making this a feature, can you make it possible so that the beams over rests also have the stem extending to the rest (stemlets)? Please make this a feature, there are many people requesting it, and I write a lot of difficult music with confusing rhythms, and this would make reading the rhythms so much easier.
