Musescore 4.5 not loading

Running on a MacBook Pro. Musescore 4.5 suddenly won't open any scores. The program shows that it is running. When I try to open any score, nothing happens. Worked fine 2 days ago and has always worked fine. It lets me start a new score but not open anything.
