Using rest symbols as text in lyrics
For attached “Come, Worship the Lord” there are two quarter rests in Verse 2 (measure 28) as “lyrics.” One should be an eighth rest. Where do I find the eighth note as well as other rests in MS4? If not found in MS4, where would I find them to copy/paste into MS 4.5.0?

With your cursor in a text field, click on the Properties tab (upper left). Down near the bottom click the Insert special characters button and look through the various lists of available special characters. The rests--in particular, the quarter and eighth rests-- are available on the list of "Common symbols", which is the default when that dialog opens.
