took away updates

My file has been reverted back to irs old version a year ago. My newer version ( done around last september) was definitely saved to the cloud because i remember opening it again a month ago and relistening to it. I have to upload the updated version but now when I check the file, it is showing me the old version from a year ago. I hvae to upload this core by next week what do I do. I cant redo it because I forgot how it looks and sounds completely.
