Issue with the playback of 64th note tremolo octaves.

• Mar 22, 2025 - 23:59

For the piece I'm presently working on, I have found myself in need of hemidemisemiquaver (64th note) tremolo octaves.

I have searched the handbook and forums for solutions but with no luck.

When I listen to the playback, it is only playing demisemiquavers (32nd notes). I can write them out manually, and they work, but that takes up a lot of room. This may not be relevant, but I have also noticed that trills are limited to demisemiquavers.

The piece is slow, lento, 53 bpm.

Here are my specs and the version I am working on:
OS: macOS 14.5, Arch.: arm64, MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.5.0-250721848, revision: 7c55023

Below is linked the score in question. Bar 33 holds the notes at issue. If that bar is played by the playback, the difference in tempo becomes evident.
