Musescory 4 uses "Untitled Score" as file name when saving a new score, even after the title was changed

In Musescore 3, when I save a new score, Musescore suggests the title of the score as the file name.

However, Musescore 4 suggests "Untitled Score" for the file name, even if I changed the title to something else.

The version-3 method seems more logical to me, as that may (or may not) require minor change(s), while version 4 always requires entering the full desired file name.

When you create a new score, the second page of the New score dialog (after you click the Next button) has a field for Title. That is where the Title Header gets its value from and, separately, that is where the Title field in the Project Properties dialog gets its value from and, separately again, that is where the file will gets its name from.

If you change one of these values after that dialog, it does not change the others. They "can't see" the change that happened to the one.

You can always tell what default filename the Save As action (which is also the first Save action) will offer by the name on the tab for the score (yellow highlight):
