Adding a dynamic to a note leaves a surprise

I added a dynamic to a note. A little dynamic dialog appeared, which I believe is normal for 4.5.1. But then it also left a little text message that read "other dynamics". I clicked the window to close it. I closed the file before realizing I should have screenshotted it. I don't know how to replicate this, it's never happened before. I doubt uploading the file will be of much use because I don't remember where in the score I was when it did that. Sorry, not much help. If it happens again I'll screenshot it, call the police, and then upload it here.
